Withdrawals
Clients acknowledge they may be required to provide additional information and/or documents on, among others, the source(s) of the funds and/or source of wealth in general when processing a withdrawal request or at any time during their journey with FXMeridian. FXMeridian reserves the right to refuse to process a withdrawal request where a Client does not provide all required information, and/or where FXMeridian has reasonable concerns that doing so may result in breaches of the AML/CTF laws and regulations.
F.A.Q.
1. My transfer hasn’t arrived in my account. What should I do?
Transfers can take up to 72 hours to be processed for withdrawal and then between 1-7 working days to be completed by the payment provider. Sometimes it can take more due to bank holidays or other.
Once this time has elapsed, please check your bank account for the funds; it may be that your transfer failed, or was returned.

If this is not the case, you may have sent funds from an unregistered bank account. Please check the bank details you have registered with FXMeridian in your Profile tab. If you have sent funds from an unregistered bank account, you can register the new bank details on your profile under “Linked Bank accounts”.

2. I am trying to withdraw my full balance, but I get an error. How do I withdraw my funds?
It is not possible to withdraw funds which are currently invested. Only uninvested cash- the funds held in your Account that are not being used in a trade/margin- can be withdrawn.
